Unlocked Data Partners with CTS to Help Corporate Travel Clients Recover Lost Commission Revenue

Unlocked Data announces strategic partnership with CTS, a leading provider of commissions management and recovery, to identify commission leakage, recover lost revenue, and deliver a risk-free model for corporate travel clients.

The partnership is designed to help corporate travel clients identify and recover commissions that are often still paid when bookings are made outside approved corporate travel agency channels. By combining Unlocked Data's advanced travel data reconciliation capabilities with CTS's proven commission recovery expertise, clients will gain greater visibility into travel spend, supplier activity, and identify leakage and overspend.

Unlocked Data will review and reconcile client travel data to identify all corporate travel activity, booking leakage, and GDS commission opportunities that may otherwise go unclaimed. CTS will then manage the commission recovery process on behalf of clients, ensuring eligible commissions are collected efficiently and transparently.

Organisations only receive and pay for Unlocked Data's services if CTS successfully recovers overpaid or missed commission revenue, introducing a fully risk-free commercial model for clients. This means there is no upfront investment, no additional budget requirement, and no financial risk to the client.

In cases where the recovered commission exceeds the value of the services provided, clients will also receive a rebate, generating additional financial return from existing travel activity.
