Users can create budgets, business plans, targets and submit them back for consolidation all from our beautifully designed and lightning-quick app.
There are two choices, firstly implement using 'Unboxing' - this is suited to where there are just a few users, and implementation is almost instantaneous.
The second option is for larger user numbers. This is an automated deployment, which will need a small amount of IT support, and takes one hour.
We have designed the platform to require no formal training, but have documentation and videos available.
We are on hand to make sure you are up and running, and will guide IT through the 60 minute implementation live.
Remember we can't see the data, so will need to work together to resolve any data related issues.

For Unboxing - As there is no software to download and the data never leaves your system then there is no technical reason to involve IT.
For the on-site deployment, we need about 60 minutes of IT time to deploy the software to you infrastructure.
If you want to connect multiple data feeds, we connect either via API, or just point the app at raw data files on SharePoint / One-Drive etc to run direct, either way, your data never leaves your network.
Data matching algorithms, geo-coding etc all happens inside the app.
There is a one-off exercise to check we have mapped everything correctly, but once you are happy to go, the app remembers your settings.
We can't see your data, so there is no need to sign a data release. Your data doesn't go anywhere and stays completely in your systems, so there are no GDPR concerns.
We do have Cybersecurity credentials, we have the sites penetration tested regularly by third-parties, and our code is externally reviewed, so your IT teams can be confident we take security seriously
You can use the application on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. There is also a progressive web app option for mobiles/ tablets.
If you have any data API connections to receive data handoffs from your TMC, expense tool, card company etc. You can connect the app to the API directly. Your data still doesn’t leave your system and is just read by the application.

As part of the data management, we look for anomalous or unusual transactions. These can be viewed separately as a report which can be shared with your suppliers to correct or confirm.
